An estimated 13 million children between the ages of six and 17 are victims of cyber-bullying. An informational meeting Thursday night will help educate parents about the problem and offer tips on how to protect children.Older teens say the problem is not only frightening, but its getting worse. “I have a Myspace so I can keep in touch with people I don’t really get to talk to much and who go to different schools,” said high school senior Julie Harris.
